Cooperation between AGH University of Krakow and SPPE

Starting in September 2025, the Association of the Polish Enameling Industry (SPPE) entered into a cooperation agreement with the Department of Glass and Amorphous Coatings Technology at AGH University of Krakow.

This cooperation opens new perspectives for partner companies and SPPE members, strengthening the transfer of knowledge, technology, and innovation between academia and industry. Its goal is to support the scientific and technological development of the enamel industry and build lasting, valuable relationships between the university and businesses.

Under the signed agreement, the cooperation will include, among others:

• the implementation of joint research and development projects,

• the preparation of bachelor’s and engineering theses within SPPE member companies,

• the organization of student internships and industrial placements,

• the exchange of specialized knowledge and professional experience,

• the co-organization of conferences, training sessions, seminars, and technical courses,

• the participation of AGH representatives in events organized by SPPE.

We believe that this cooperation will contribute to the development of innovative enameling technologies and to the education of future specialists capable of meeting the demands of modern industry.
