Graduate of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Faculty of Mechanical and Power Engineering, specializing in Process Apparatus.
Since 1979, he has been actively involved in enameling processes as a Technologist, Process Engineer, Chief Enameller, Protective Coatings Department Manager, and Pre-treatment Processes Manager.
He has collaborated with and co-developed enameling plants in the following companies: Zakłady Sprzętu Grzejnego “Wrozamet”, Fagor-Mastercook in Wrocław, and Electrolux in Świdnica – where he managed the “greenfield” startup of the factory, including staff recruitment and training, and reaching full production capacity. He also worked for Whirlpool – Cooking Plant in Wrocław.
His expertise spans all enameling technologies – wet and powder enameling, as well as the enameling of cast iron and sheet steel. He is a graduate of several postgraduate programs, including “Quality Control of Metal Products – Vitreous Enamels on Metals” at the Cracow University of Economics, and the “Emailtechnichen Kursus” in Iserlohn, organized by VDEfa.
A frequent participant in numerous national and international enameling symposia and conferences, he has been involved in designing new processes and selecting industrial equipment.
Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the SPPE (Polish Enamellers’ Association).
