Review of the second year of the SPPE
On the 28th of May 2026, the 2nd General Meeting of Members of the Association of the Polish Enamel Industry (SPPE) took place. This hybrid event was a key milestone in the organization’s timeline, providing an opportunity to review past achievements and define future plans for our organization
An intense year of activity – SPPE Management Board Report
The meeting was opened by the President of SPPE, Kamila Leżak, who presented a detailed report on the management board’s activities for the year 2025. During the reporting period, SPPE’s efforts focused on promoting and integrating the enameling community.
The most significant achievements of the past year included:

Organization of the 1st SPPE Enameling Congress: The event gathered over 85 specialists representing 11 countries, becoming the most significant event of its kind in this part of Europe.
- Implementation of a new information platform: The launch of a modern website, www.sppe.com.pl

Educational activities: Organization of the first technical webinar dedicated to current industry issues.

Trade fair participation: Attendance with partners at the ITM Industry Europe international trade fair in Poznań.
Membership growth and budgetary stability
In the subsequent part of the meeting, the Chairman of the SPPE Audit Committee, Bogdan Piechota, presented a report evaluating the work of the Management Board. The Committee positively assessed the budget discipline and operational efficiency. The recorded twofold increase in the number of the association’s members is the best proof of the proper implementation of statutory goals and the growing role of the industry community. The effective consolidation of the industry confirms the need for a strong trade organization.
Unanimous votes and key resolutions
During the formal session, SPPE Members proceeded to vote on resolutions regulating legal and organizational activities. All legal acts were adopted unanimously, which demonstrates full alignment on the vision for the association’s development. The resolutions concerned:

Approving the performance of the Management Board for the year 2025

Approving the annual financial statements for the year 2025

Approving the draft budget for the year 2026.

Establishing formal legal protection for the SPPE trademark.

Obligating the Management Board to organize the 2nd SPPE Enameling Congress in 2027 and to conduct elections to the association’s statutory bodies during this event.
Operational plans for the second half of the year
Following the closing of the official agenda, the members present discussed the future directions of the industry’s development. The following projects have been scheduled for implementation in the SPPE action plan for the coming months:

Factory Tour: A practical technical visit to a leading manufacturing plant, providing an opportunity to learn about the technological processes implemented at the facility.

Enameling training in cooperation with AGH: An advanced technical course conducted in partnership with the AGH University of Krakow, aimed at enhancing the qualifications of enameling specialists.

Next industry webinar: Continuation of knowledge transfer in the field of enameling technology.”
- Establishing legal protection for the SPPE logo: To safeguard the brand equity we have built, we will establish legal protection for the SPPE logo.
