For the past two years, the Association of the Polish Enamel Industry (SPPE) has been consolidating the domestic sector. This year, our community made its mark at the ITM Industry Europe trade fair in Poznań, where SPPE co-organized a dedicated zone for the enamelling industry.
Our mission was to showcase technologies and solutions tailored to the needs of the enameling sector. The SPPE zone became a hub for expert meetings, technical discussions, and presentations from trusted suppliers.

Tesko Steel is one of the largest steel service centers in Europe. The company specializes in steel processing utilizing state-of-the-art cut-to-length and slitting lines. It also offers comprehensive ‘Just-in-Time’ logistics services, leveraging its own fleet of 140 vehicles.
Lak-Serwis offers comprehensive solutions in liquid coating and enameling equipment. The company provides expert consultancy in equipment selection. It also runs a professional, independent servicing business for equipment from most manufacturers, handling pump and spray gun repairs as well as periodic maintenance inspections.
Aabo-Ideal specializes in designing and manufacturing complete, automated lines for powder coating, liquid coating, and enameling, tailored to individual customer needs. Its offering includes advanced conveyor systems, chemical pre-treatment tunnels, ovens, and spray booths.

The advantages of enamel coatings
An important element of SPPE’s presence at ITM Industry Europe was its educational program. The association’s experts delivered two technical presentations, proving the unique and unrivaled nature of enamel coatings.
1.Bogdan Piechota in his presentation, made a direct comparison of material properties. Using the example of signs and plaques, he demonstrated the long-term advantages of enamel coatings (resistance to UV radiation, corrosion, and aggressive chemical environments) compared to traditional organic coatings..
2. Dariusz Gorączka presented a detailed market analysis focusing on the production potential of the enamelling industry in Poland. He outlined the production profile of modern facilities manufacturing enamel coatings, confirming Poland’s position as a strong European hub for this technology.
